Huna Truth: Secret History Exposed!

"Huna" is NOT a Hawaiian "religion!"

Aloha y'all,

I wholeheartedly support the study of Hawaiian spiritual systems because the Hawaiian people are beautiful, loving, generous and spiritual people with much to offer. That is just one of the reasons I passed though all three of the known Orders of Kahuna you may have heard about in Huna prior to advancing.

"Huna"

Before Max Freedom Long revealed his discoveries, Hawaiians did not call their spiritual system "Huna," which merely means "hidden" when used in simple every-day conversation.

The Ancient Hawaiian spiritual beliefs were completely woven into the fabric of their lives ... and there was no single Hawaiian word for their religion or for their religious practices.

But that all changed with the publication of "Recovering the Ancient Magic" ...

... one of the most important books you can read if you want to make some amazing discoveries for yourself.

Because so many have overlooked the original work on Huna, a number of mis-conceptions arose about Max Freedom Long and Huna which are still perpetuated today by well-meaning Hawaiians who follow some of the old ways.

You might even be able to find differences between "Huna" and some parts of Ancient Hawaiian Religion, culture, beliefs, etc. This is especially true if you looked only on the surface.

But Huna is not a Hawaiian Religion.

HUNA was the name given by Max Freedom Long to the SYSTEM he recovered and synthesized during over fifty years of research with the help and cooperation of Kahuna
on various islands
and with the help of volunteers throughout the world.

Here's "the Big Secret" of Huna!

HUNA was developed FOR people raised within Modern, Western culture as a practical system of psychology and magic ... so it is based on PROCESS ... the process behind the TECHNIQUES rather than the specific outer teachings, rituals, and stories of the Kahuna of ancient Hawaii, who for centuries kept them as their closely guarded secrets.

Max chose the word Huna (the Hawaiian word for "secret") in the 1930's to describe the psychological/religious METHODS used by the Kahuna ("Keepers of the Secret") in performing their particular kinds of "miracles" or "magic."

So Huna was developed to teach MODERN MAN in Western Culture how to perform the same kind of miracles ... such as:

  • Healing the Sick.

  • Solving personal problems.

  • Untangling financial and social difficulties.

  • ... even changing the future.

Certified Huna Practitioners perform these same functions.

... which is especially important to understand given renewed interest in Morrnah Simeona's updated Huna technique of Self I-Dentity Ho'oponopono.

Huna, as properly defined and shared, is all about sharing workable techniques you can easily use to guide you in the process of uncovering and mastering your own hidden resources ... instead of playing following-the-leader.

That means the real teaching comes from within yourself ... and not from ANY so-called "authority."

So ... as I'm always emphasizing ...

... "you choose!"

Huna 101: The Ha Rite ... Kahuna Prayer-Action

HUNA Ha Rite (Prayer-Action) Format *

1. Decide exactly what you want.

2. Obtain the cooperation of the three selves. This requires the complete relaxation of the body, the inner self and the conscious mind, followed by meditation on the High Self to "draw it near to you."

3. Generate a surplus charge of mana (life force).

--> For "how-to" ... see Kahuna Breathing.

"I am now going to generate mana by breathing deeply.
I am gathering extra mana as I draw in more and more
oxygen. I ask my inner self to assist me in generating
and storing this force. My will is being made strong
and enduring so that I am filled with the
determination to accomplish the things I desire."

Take a series of deep breaths.

"My vitality is building up; my inner self is creating
mana. Mana is flowing like water into a bowl. Energy
is being stored in the bowl. I can see the mana rising
higher and higher in the bowl ... until it overflows."

Continue breathing until you feel fully charged.

"I now command my inner self to hold this mana energy,
until I am ready to send it to the High Self."

4. Make contact with your High Self.

"Parental Spirit, who dwells in the realm of Light, I
call to you. May the perfection of Your level of being
be reflected to my level of being. I ask that You lead
and guide me in all that is being done. I
ask that You take an active part in my life."

"May Your power create for me the good things, first
in Your perfected realm and then cause them to appear
as realities on my physical level."

5. Make the mental picture (thought-form) of the desired condition.

"I now make in my mind the mental picture of that
which I desire. I feel a deep, emotional need for
this."

Repeat your request three times with as much emotion as possible:

"I see myself as already having obtained my request,
and give thanks for it."

6. Send the thought-form to your inner self to present telepathically to your High Self:

"I hold this picture before the mirror of my High Self
and reflect it down into the depths of my inner self."

7. Strengthen the thought-form with mana and send it to your High Self.

"I now send this thought-form picture along a stream
of mana to You. May this gift of mana empower You to
work on Your level."

8. End the prayer with a feeling of faith and confidence:

"I end my prayer and release it to Your keeping to
work with as You see fit. I know that it is only a
matter of time until my request appears as a reality
on the physical level . . . My prayer has taken
flight. Let the Light of my High Self shine back to
me. Let the rain of blessings fall. So Mote it Be."

OK.

This is a really nice, simple, step-by-step process that works.

Now ...

Even though this is more than 30 years old and we are constantly learning new ways of improving it ... you can easily use this technique to start turning your dreams into reality!

So "give it a go!"

... and Enjoy!

Huna Mind Secrets ... The Kahuna "Waking Meditation" Stage One, Part I

Hakalau is the "waking meditation" of the Kahuna. One meaning of Hakalau is "to focus in and to spread out."

Hakalau is good for learning, disassociating, energy testing, teaching, seeing auras, etc. It's probably the fastest way to learn "alpha" there is.

"Daddy" Bray talked about how it was necessary for Kahuna practice, but he didn't teach HOW, and there were other Kahuna techniques for theta.

There's been a lot of talk about looking up just above eye level on the Huna Ohana list lately, and THAT'S WHERE YOU START ...

STAGE ONE

It's good to start in a room with a wall ... you might even want it to be the South wall, if you know what I mean.

Just pick a spot on the wall to look at, above eye level, so that your field of vision just meets your eyebrows, but NOT so high so as to cut off your field of vision.

As you stare at that spot, just let your mind go loose, and focus all of your attention on the spot until you notice your vision begins to spread out.

Let it spread out until you can see both corners of the wall (You'll begin to see more in the peripheral than you do in the central part of your vision, even though you're keeping your eyes "on" that spot).

Begin to pay more attention to the peripheral than to the central part of your vision as you allow your vision to spread down until you can see all four corners of the wall.

Relax and continue to let your vision spread back until you have (or seem to have" 180 degree peripheral vision.

Stay in this state for as long as you can. Notice how it feels. Notice the ecstatic feelings that begin to come to you as you continue the state.

That's the FIRST STAGE ...
