Something about the airplane window makes them easier to see.

Let them think they're ice crystals.
But they form the same way right here on the ground.
They are formed by the sun's interaction with etheric atoms or particles.
Etheric is still physical, and is one step "finer" than gaseous.
When the sun vitalizes an etheric atom it immediately attracts six other atoms of a specific kind to form the VG.
The VG is the easiest form of etheric matter to SEE because of the CHARGE and because of its ACTIVITY.

Maybe most adults don't see them, or they've learned to ignore them.

Yep ... and for some reason they're even more active on airplane windows.

I think contacts might interfere with seeing them because there was a time in my teen years when I forgot about them. But, then again, I was thinking about "other things."
Anyway, the "snow" thingies are sort of multi-colored and the "o" thingies appear white because they're so much brighter.
"Thingies" is a technical term!
The "o" thingies are created by the interaction of sunlight upon the "snow" thingies.
And the Vitality Globules (aka "o" thingies, which are composed of seven "snow" thingies) are the Form of Mana YOU are able to ABSORB from the atmosphere.
And THAT determines your HEALTH, VITALITY, ETC.
Again, this dove-tails with Reich, Huna, Pranic Healing, etc., etc.
And it's consistent with what I've observed.
So those "o" thingies are pretty important after all!

Yep, when I learned about molecules, I said "I can see molecules."
That was in school ... so I learned early on not to talk to school teachers.

Well, there's a sort of "uniform field" of lights a little bigger than your average period in 10-12 pt. text.
The "uniform field" is usually in motion, but it is static, if that makes sense. It usually looks like the "snow" on a TV screen when you can still see an image behind it. When it is in motion it is uniform motion ... i.e. all the points move in the same direction.
Then the Vitality Globules are about the size of a small "o."
They dance around.

When my brother and I were kids we used to send the uniform field lights outside. In other words, they'd look like TV static ... then we'd send them outside until there were no little lights.
Then when we would bring them back into the room they would be more like little figure 8's and they'd always be moving uniformly, all together, diagonally.
It wasn't until I started looking for "energy," auras, etc. that I noticed a difference between the uniform field and the dancing lights.

I had noticed there were always more and they were more active on sunny days ...
and there are fewer Vitality Globules at night ... and they are less active.
The VGs gradually decrease until just before the sun rises because they are sort of dependent upon the sun.

I don't know what Ingo saw around people, but I have a feeling I will very soon. The etheric body or "inner aura" looks more "like a mist" to me.
I guess that's because the etheric level is still physical ... the next sage above "gaseous."
And if that's true, then you can see it with your physical eyes. I mean, I see VG's as clearly as I see a book or a glass of water.
And they are easier to see now that I have a label for them ... now that I "know what they are."
Like when I was studying "Life Drawing" in college ... that's the study of naked chicks :-).
After we studied anatomy, bone structure, musculature, etc. I could REALLY SEE all those things that were there before anyway, but now I know what to look for.
So you could already be seeing them and all you have to do is pay ...
... attention!

Now I'm paying attention, discriminating, comparing, playing, and studying because they "makes sense" now.

There's so much other etheric stuff going on when you look at things, people, trees.
It's like how the stars are easier to see at night if there are no street lights around.
Example: while I was watching the glass of water change I looked at it from different angles. Over concrete, the Vitality Globules were easier to see than if the grass or my knee was in my field of vision.

Huna Energy: Vitality Globules
I'm so excited!
I'm reading Powell's "The Etheric Double" and Chapter Two is all about those Vitality Globules I've seen all my life, but was never able to quite "figure out. "
It's not mana.
It's not "energy."
But it IS very important.
So I put the book down and went outside, where the Vitality Globules are dancing around like crazy.
Then I played with moving them around like I used to do when I was a kid.
This is cool ...
I remembered what someone said recently about water collecting "sun prana," so I ran inside to get a glass of water.
Why was the kitchen dark?
The shades were pulled.
... so I opened them to let in sunlight.
Ran outside and put the water in the sun.
Played around with the Vitality Globules some more and then went inside ...
This is So Cool ...
I noticed the Vitality Globules were not very active inside.
Then ...
I noticed they were more active in the kitchen, where I opened the shade.
There's more ...
I went to the living room where the shades had been open all day ...
They Were Dancing!
... not as much as outside, but the Vitality Globules were definitely having more fun in the living room than in shaded rooms.
Cool ...
So I went and got my glass of water that had been "dead" ... left inside a dark closed refrigerator
since last night ... and was now SPARKLING WITH LIFE!
I went inside. The water was more "alive" than the room, so I started drinking the water.
"What about darkness?"
I went to a closet ... the Vitality Globules were there, but they were almost completely still.
I stuck the water glass in there and "noticed the differences."
Then I took it out and "noticed the differences" between the closet in general and the spot where the water had been.
It's as if there's something important about noticing the differences!

Waking Up to a World of Wonders
OK,
We've talked about "psychic sleep" on the Huna Ohana group ... the strange state of "hypnotized humanity" ...
... most people are "hypnotized" ... living one great nightmare they mistake for reality.
We've talked about dissolving the false self and living your True Self.
So "climb aboard!"
Begin your adventure along the Mystic Kahuna Path with a totally receptive mind.
And start "right where you are!"
This is of the utmost importance ... you must not assume that you are spiritually awake.
You have already seen that one of the "smoothest tricks" of the false self is to deceive us into thinking that your present state is a conscious one.
Alertness in exterior affairs has no connection with psychic awareness!
Exterior abilities are on the physical plane, but psychic skills are on a higher spiritual level.

If THAT were "liberating" ... then millions would be totally free. In fact ... self-centered reflection is the exact opposite of genuine Self-Observation ... and it's worst enemy!
Self-Observation is watching everything that goes on ... both within yourself and outside.
Do nothing but watch ... just like it was happening to someone else.
Don't "personalize."
Don't "react."
Don't form an opinion about anything you observe.
Don't judge anything as good or bad, pleasurable or painful, favorable or unfavorable.
Simply watch!
Watch as if you have no personal connection with whatever you observe.
It's just like standing on the sidewalk watching cars going by. They are different sizes, shapes, and colors, but what does that have to do with you?
You have no connection with the color, shape, or size ... you are merely watching them go by.
Now ... Self-Observation means "passive detachment."
You don't try changing the things you see in yourself ... and you don't "interfere."
No attitude.
No comment.
You simply LOOK.
It's a remarkable experience to "stand aside" and watch a fear, a depression, or a passion "pass through" you without personalizing it.
It is "sheer magic" that eventually changes things effortlessly and correctly as we proceed.

Huna "Hierarchy" ... rising above the Order of Ku, Lono, and Kane
One common misconception in Huna is that there were Three "Orders" of Kahuna.
The Three Lesser Orders of Kahuna are Ku, Lono, and Kane.
Most people only know about these three.
... but there are the Higher Orders.
You have to graduate from all three Lesser Orders before you can join the Higher Orders ...
... like Maui.

The 7 principles of Ho'oponopono
"Ho'oponopono: Making Things Right!"
... throughout ALL OF YOUR LIFE.
Right Thinking + Right ACTION = Right Future.
The first step in any healing technique, whether of physical illness, mental or emotional trauma, or financial or social difficulty, always kala (cleansing).
That can mean clearing out mental and emotional blocks, purging the body of built-up toxins from unassimilated chemicals and improper diet, or getting rid of such mental garbage as jealousy or anger or "thinking poor."
Any problem requires "setting things right" before it is possible to make positive progress in regaining a healthy mind, body, bank account, or social inter-relationship.
The Hawaiian word for this basic Huna process is HO'OPONOPONO. *

Huna Truth: preserving the authentic Kahuna traditions!

Long ago ... our brother King Kalakaua summoned all of the most accomplished Kahuna Class from throughout the islands to the palace.

Huna's 8 Keys to Psychic Influence

Thought is vibratory, and your thoughts will always affect the other person ... so your only choice is if you want to be affecting others consciously or "by default."
That's your choice.
There are 8 keys to effective psychic influence.
1. CONFIDENCE.
You have to have confidence in yourself and in your project.
No "tag ends," "ifs," or "buts."
You can use EFT, respondent conditioning, positive visualization, etc. & c. to build
your confidence, keep the feedback loop going, and keep going ...
... because SUCCESS is not built on one effort.
2. CONCENTRATION.
The ability to focus all of your attention on one thought to the exclusion of all others. a.k.a. "Segment Intending"
3. RELAXATION/PASSIVITY.
This one is one of the most difficult things to learn without proper training ... especially when combined with #1, 2, 5 and 6.
Fortunately Kahuna Training offers us a "short cut" ... the ability to be Passive AND Positive at will.
4. "UNLOADING."
This is the ability to sit quietly and confidently while your partner "unloads" all of his/her objections.
YOU CANNOT OVER-RIDE THE WILL ... that would NOT be Influence ... that would be COMPULSION!
... besides ... it won't work if you try compulsion, because you'll just meet with RESISTANCE.
While the person is "unloading" they're pretty much in Beta and unaffected by
influence, psychic or otherwise.
5. POSITIVITY
Positive that is pleasantly convincing ... with INTEGRITY ... calm in your positive assurance.
Deliberate, yet firm.
6. IMPULSION.
This is the cool part ... probably the ONE MASTER KEY ...
... the strongest in the combination.
Again that's IMPUSLSION ... from within ... as opposed to COMPULSION (from outside).
That is to lodge the thought in the mind of your partner to do as you desire.
"Is This 'Right?'"
It is ...
... so long as your purpose is right ... and if it is ... only then you will succeed.
The "trick" is to think the thought in the FIRST PERSON ... that is to think as if you are thinking the thought for him/her.
7. SEAL THE THOUGHT.
Make it "clean" by following the thought with silence.
If the thought is verbal, end with a falling inflection, like a directive, rather than rising like a question.
This fits in with CONFIDENCE and IMPULSION.
8. CONTROL CONDITIONS.
"Home-field advantage" ... If you're working on a specific event, plan it in "your territory" ... familiar, comfortable surroundings. Bless the surroundings, the
individual, and the project so everything is conducive.
EXAMPLE:
I was at a pawn shop looking at a cymbal. They were asking $200, but I felt ... this is important because it HAS to be "WIN-WIN" ... they needed to get $60 for it.
I let the salesman say everything he had to say about it, and then I offered $40 ... and as I did, I imagined myself inside his head, looking at me, going "Yeah, I can live with $40"
Which immediately felt wrong ... and I heard "Well, I really need to get $60" from behind me.
And that felt good.
The guy said, "I can't do that."
So I cut the aka connection and started walking away ... another form of "sealing the thought."
So ...
As I was walking out, the guy said, "Hold on!"
I turned around and fired the behavioral chain ... saying "Well ..."
And the owner ... the voice from behind the counter finished the sentence ... saying, "... I really need to get $60 for that."
Almost exactly as I heard it.
Hmm ...
... what does THAT mean?
And here's another cool thing about what happens when you can do fun stuff like this using Huna.
Before I turned to leave, the shop had that "pawn shop vibe" ... distrust ... slightly adversarial ...
After I turned to leave, the place cleared out.
Have you ever been going about your business, when suddenly there's a pressure release in your ear?
... and you didn't realize your hearing was muffled before because it seemed normal ... but after the pressure lifted, it was just that much better?
It felt kinda like that ...
Imagine!
And when we were doing the sale, it was like we were old friends.
I even ran into the salesman at a club a couple of months later and he bought me a beer, asked how I was doing, how I liked the cymbal ... he said the owner was asking about me because they had some stuff she thought I might like and they could give me a deal.
It HAS to be "WIN-WIN."

Huna 101: So what's really different about Huna?
There are really three unique concepts used by Huna in "healing."
Healing includes not only the healing of the physical body, but healing of social and financial tangles, personal problems, and developing your full potential as a whole person.
... maybe because the truth of the principles are recognized or because Huna concepts are simple and universal.
Learning Huna may put your own ideas into perspective for the first time.

- The plans for the desired future must be carefully worked out as thought-form pictures to fit exactly what we want to accomplish.
- Mana must be provided by the low self for use by the High Self.
- The High Self builds our thought-form pictures into the reality of the future.
... maybe because the truth of the principles are recognized or because Huna concepts are simple and universal.
Learning Huna may put your own ideas into perspective for the first time.
An Outline of unique Huna principles:
- The long-term scope of the Prayer-Action.
- The careful preparation that is required.
- The use of visualization may be familiar, but using it to create consciously a set of thought-forms to act as molds for the materialization of your desired future events is new.
- The request to the High Self, asking that the thought-forms be used to create for us a new and more desirable future is unique.
- Accumulating Mana, or Vital Force, and sending it to the High Self to be used in the creation of the your desired future are unique.
- The invisible AKA thread that connects you to your High Self is new, though hinted at in the idea of the "silvery cord."
- Using a flow of Mana along the aka cord to carry the thought-forms telepathically to the High Self is unique and of greatest importance.

Here it is.
Remember alpha waves give us our clearest, sharpest, and strongest visualizations … and you probably have a good grasp of that.
You already have the basic process, so let’s get you moving toward the “Kahuna Mind.”
Use your alpha picturing for awakening your theta mastery.
OK?
Generally speaking … theta brainwaves are best accessed through “journeying.”
Some examples:
… going down stairs.
…going through a tunnel.
… along a passageway.
And the more changes you make … the deeper you tend to go.
OK?
But …
… you have to “go somewhere” … right?
That’s why we’re always emphasizing you must know your purpose for going to theta … your expectation!
You see … once you get to the end of your “journey” ... the intention you’ve set-up ahead of time gives your theta waves something to focus on!
… otherwise you’re just "zoning out. "
So there IS a purpose for knowing your purpose!

Huna: The Nature of Predicting the Future!

I like using the "clock tower" metaphor.
Let me give a specific example ...
I was leaving home one evening when I saw a “flash” of a white Camaro broad-siding me at a certain intersection.
As I approached that intersection I began driving slowly and more cautiously. Sure enough, as I got closer a kid in a white Camaro came racing up to the stop sing from the side street and skidded out into the middle of the main street in front of me.
"So what actually happened?"
The clock tower.
Imagine the same scene with two cars speeding toward an intersection … neither driver can see that another car is approaching.
But there’s a person standing atop a clock tower on the corner who can see both cars …
... he literally has a “Higher Perspective!”
He is able to PREDICT THE FUTURE … so far as he can see that *IF* the two cars continue
at their current pace, they will collide.
If he’s able to call one of the cars and give warning of the POTENTIAL tragedy, he BOTH predicted the future AND changed it.
Such is the nature of precognition.
The same thing happened to me and … I suspect … to you.
“Someone” … and I’m not going to name names, right? : ) … but, in Huna that "someone" is your Aumakua High Self.
... so "someone" with a Higher Perspective was able to predict what would happen if things continued as they were and give warning to avoid an undesired event.
Does that make sense?

... isn't it GREAT!
This is how I learned to see auras for the first time ... it's probably the FASTEST "ESP" training there is.
A couple of years ago I was doing a Huna intensive and we literally had one student who as close to being someone "just pulled-off-the-street" as you can get ...
... at the time she was the new "customer service" lady for Huna Research, Inc. ... with absolutely NO experience ... and almost no interest in "this Huna stuff" or anything like it.
She was just there to "help out."
So ...
I was teaching the "Learning How to See Auras in Less than 5 minutes" part of my training ... a simple 4-step process, and ... "of course" ... Hakalau is the First Step.
I don't think she even wanted to do it ...
... she made all kinds of excuses as to why it wouldn't work for her, etc. etc. ...
... she actually SAW the AURA ... and she saw it RIGHT AWAY ...
It really is that powerful!
She was in such "denial" she said, "I don't see anything ... all I see is all these colors flying around her head!"
Learning is such FUN ... is it not?
Like Doc La Tourrette always says ...
"If you DO THE DRILLS ... you GET THE SKILLS."
... and anybody can do it!

MY REPLY:
It's usually easier to see auras when people are agitated ... for a couple of reasons.
1. More EMOTION = more MANA.
2. RED is just MORE NOTICEABLE ...
... like the red Ferrari ...
... like the red dress ...
etc.
So NOW ... moving on!
The more you practice Hakalau ... the more you do it ... you start finding yourself more and more adept ... and you can "slip" into this state pretty much instantly!
"Stage One" is your ability to "get there" easily ... and you can stay in that state.
When I'm teaching or doing healing work I hold it all day long.
Just make sure you're holding it for a few moments before moving to Stage Two ... because that's very important!
"Stage Two" is simply ... while you're holding the Hakalau state ... allow your eyes to drop down to their "normal" position.
Just let the eyes naturally "drop" … staying "defocused" ... and make sure you're holding that EXPANDED AWARENESS.
THEN ... once your good at doing that naturally ... you can go on to "STAGE THREE" ...

Kahuna Secrets of Psychic Awareness
This one's from the order of Kane ...
And even though most old Hawaiian systems didn't include Chakras, you'll probably notice some parallels here.
I was reminded of this when the subject of Piko Piko arose in the Huna Ohana group. This is a Piko Piko ... moving your awareness between different points of the body.
This one is for DEVELOPING YOUR PSYCHIC SKILLS.
The important thing is the RATIO ... 9/15/12 ... keep your breathing natural ... in fact ... DON'T THINK ABOUT BREATHING ...
... just focus your attention on "THE LIGHT."
PART ONE
Start with FOUR "Sun breaths."
As you inhale, imagine the sun just above and behind your head ... about three feet up ... and imagine it connected (by aka cords) to the top of your head ("soft spot," fontanel, Manawa) and to your back behind your heart.
As you exhale, imagine the light flowing into you.
So ...
Step One. Imagine the sun being there as you inhale.
Step Two. Imagine the light flowing into you as you exhale.
Do Step One and Two four times.
Then the Piko Piko.
HEART
Focus your attention on your heart. Imagine a PINK light shining from your heart. Focus on this for a count of NINE.
Then move your attention to the top of your head (soft spot), bringing the pink light with you. Focus on this for a count of FIFTEEN.

THROAT
Focus your attention on your throat. Imagine a BLUE light shining from your throat. Focus on this for a count of NINE.
Then move your attention to the top of your head, bringing the blue light with you. Focus on this for a count of FIFTEEN.
Then allow that light to GROW until it surrounds your entire body. Focus on this for a count of TWELVE.
FOREHEAD
Focus your attention on your forehead, just above your eyebrows (3rd eye). Imagine a WHITE light shining from your forehead. Focus on this for a count of NINE.
Then move your attention to the top of your head (soft spot) bringing the white light with you. Focus on this for a count of FIFTEEN.
Then allow that light to GROW until it surrounds your entire body. Focus on this for a count of TWELVE.

I thought it was crap at first.
THEN I had a DREAM about it ...
... and I thought, "That's crap."
... or I may have used another term, right?
THEN a book "JUMPED OUT" at me on Psychic Energy by Joseph Weed ...
... and I opened it up RIGHT TO THE PAGE that had THE EXACT SAME DRILL ...
... so I thought, "Hmmmmmmmmmm...."
... and forgot about it.
THEN ...
... while I was preparing for an ESP class, I took a nap and I had the feeling of "GET UP and DO THAT #^^*& DRILL"
So I tried it, and ... over the next twenty-four hours ... my ENERGY AWARENESS was back as good as it was when I was four or five years old.
I ended up giving a SPECIAL TRAINING on THAT drill alone.
Pretty amazing!

PS - It takes about two hours to teach it right, but IF you just DO THE DRILL ... and DO IT DAILY ... you might be surprised at how good it gets ...

I was reminded of this when the subject of Piko Piko arose in the Huna Ohana group. This is a Piko Piko ... moving your awareness between different points of the body.
This one is for DEVELOPING YOUR PSYCHIC SKILLS.
The important thing is the RATIO ... 9/15/12 ... keep your breathing natural ... in fact ... DON'T THINK ABOUT BREATHING ...
... just focus your attention on "THE LIGHT."
PART ONE
Start with FOUR "Sun breaths."
As you inhale, imagine the sun just above and behind your head ... about three feet up ... and imagine it connected (by aka cords) to the top of your head ("soft spot," fontanel, Manawa) and to your back behind your heart.
As you exhale, imagine the light flowing into you.
So ...
Step One. Imagine the sun being there as you inhale.
Step Two. Imagine the light flowing into you as you exhale.
Do Step One and Two four times.
Then the Piko Piko.
HEART

The key "secret" that popular movie is missing!

Here's how ...One of the most misunderstood things in Huna seems to be the "TIME ELEMENT" ...
Now.
Your unihipili knows the future is NOT the present.
Pretty simple.
So ... when you're doing your Ha Rite you are building your chosen reality INTO THE FUTURE ... so it IS a reality ... in the future only!
OK?
Your unconscious CAN distinguish between "real things" and when you are imagining things ...
... and it pays more attention to what it knows is "real."
Example:
Simply imagining and affirming "I am healthy, wealthy, and wise. I radiate health because I have health ..." may CAUSE your unihipili to disregard that as just more of the "imaginings" of the uhane middle self.
... it could actually sabotage your desires!
Got it?
"Pretending" everything is the way you want it ALONE can actually set-you-up for "failure" ...
... because your unconscious KNOWS what is "real" ... what it is experiencing NOW.
So ...
Huna does not use the practice of saying "I am healed here and now" ... because that can set up conflict between your selves.
... "or worse."
But ... having done your Ha Rite ... you know that you are being healed in that part of the future that is being molded NOW.
That's your High Self's job!
Then ...
... having performed your Ha Rite ... placing your chosen outcome in your future ... it is THERE.
That actually sets-up the "Law of Attraction" in the way that will attract you to your chosen future!
... and start attracting your chosen future to you!
